There are so many distractions and demands on our lives today that sometimes we feel overwhelmed and become stressed out or even angry at those we love. One of the major distractions in society today is the abundance of digital devices and information overload. Today, there I was, trying to manage many demands and going through my emails to find one from mindful.org. I took a moment to open this email and found an excellent resource which pin points the challenges of the digital devices and also provides some strategies to keep them from ruling our lives. The link for the hints follows and even though it seems odd to tell you to go to a website to learn how to deal with digital overload, it is how we obtain our information these days and so take a few minutes, read the article and then try some of the strategies.
