Jagroop is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a Master of Business Administration and a diverse background in finance, accounting, and audit. She has held progressive roles in both the public and private sectors, including leadership positions within government. Her work has focused on financial oversight, risk management, policy development, and promoting transparency in public administration.
Jagroop brings a strategic, collaborative mindset to the PCL Board and is committed to advancing the organization’s mission through sound governance and financial stewardship.
