PCL homes are located in neighbourhoods throughout the Waterloo Region. We provide a supportive, safe, family-type home environment. Since its inception in 1986, PCL has been committed to ensuring physical, emotional, and social well-being for all those supported in our services. Qualified employees encourage growth, independence, and recognize the autonomy of those receiving support while being attentive in reducing the risk of harm. People are assisted to lead self-directed lives in partnership with our employees, family members, advocates, other professionals, and the community.
