Rebecca Smith

Rebecca has 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, with specialty in human resources and organizational development, as well as marketing and communications. As the Chief People and Culture Officer at Kindred Credit Union, she leads the teams responsible for HR and OD, marketing and communications, member experience and insights, and values integration and community engagement.

PCL’s mission and work resonate deeply with her own passion to see every person feel valued and respected and achieve their potential. She has been privileged to walk alongside marginalized individuals in various ways in both her personal life and volunteer work and is honoured to serve PCL families and our community.
